    • Adult Outpatient Clinician

     

    The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking a licensed social worker, mental health clinician, or psychologist to join its outpatient program in Berlin and Barre. This position provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including the Wellness Program, Trauma Treatment Program, and designated case management staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. This is a meaningful opportunity to support community mental health in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree and be license eligible.

    + One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to adults and families.

    Requirements:

    + Experience in DBT and group therapy is preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Have a collaborative approach, demonstrate understanding of trauma-informed practices, and be familiar with co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.

    + Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle for work related travel required.

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively and productively with internal and external partners.

    + Understanding of and commitment to advancing the WCMHS mission and supporting the provision of collaborative and inclusive mental health, development disability, and substance use services.

    Compensation:

    This full-time, exempt position offers an hourly rate of $26.50/hr and excellent benefits, including tuition reimbursement/student loan assistance; generous paid time off; employer-sponsored health, dental, life, and disability insurances; and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
