Summary of the Role

As an **FAA Assembly Test Technician** at **PDS Tech Commercial** , you will play a vital role in supporting our Aerospace business unit in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll conduct tests and evaluations on propulsion systems and components, contributing to advancements in aviation technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside seasoned technicians and engineers at the forefront of aerospace innovation.

What You’ll Do

+ Train with experienced technicians to conduct tests on aircraft propulsion, APU, or gearbox systems and components

+ Learn to analyze test data and provide recommendations for improvements

+ Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to identify and resolve issues

+ Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Experience with test equipment, data analysis, and mechanical tools

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work effectively in a team

+ Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

+ Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

+ **Competitive Pay Rate:** $21.00/hour

+ **Shift:** 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

+ **Bonus Program:** Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure:

+ $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance

+ $1,000 at 60 days

+ $1,000 at 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
