Job Summary: The Manager, Corporate Budget and Operational Support is responsible for leading and coordinating budget and financial review activities across the organization, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. The Manager develops the annual five-year financial forecast, operating budget, and capital budget, using input from senior leaders and comprehensive, validated assumptions. This role manages cost accounting, labor productivity, and benchmarking systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with financial statements. The Manager works closely with leadership and value analysis teams, consistently delivering well-organized, actionable financial plans and reports that support organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications: The Manager, Corporate Budget and Operational Support must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field. The Manager should have a minimum of five years of progressive financial experience, preferably in healthcare, that includes a strong working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial forecasting. Supervisory and management experience is preferred. Strong analytical, presentation, financial statement, and computer application skills are necessary.
