    Immediate Hiring – Warehouse Picker First Shift

    • **Location:** Davenport, IA

    • **Pay:** $16–$17/hr

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a **dedicated Warehouse Picker** to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll accurately sort boxes and place them onto the correct pick pallets for forklift operators. You’ll handle items ranging from small boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, using lifting equipment as needed.

     

    You’ll also operate an **RF scanner** regularly and assist with loading/unloading semi-trailers containing completed pallets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a **detail-oriented, quality-driven environment** .

    Responsibilities

    + Pick and pack products of varying sizes

    + Sort boxes and organize them on correct pallets

    + Operate an RF scanner for inventory and order accuracy

    + Use lifting equipment for heavier items

    + Load and unload semi-trailers

    + Maintain high attention to detail for quality and accuracy

    + Work effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment

    Skills

    + Picking and packing experience

    + RF scanner usage

    + Loading/unloading trailers

    + Experience with lifting equipment

    + Strong attention to detail and quality mindset

    + Ability to work in a multicultural environment

    + Flexibility with working hours

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVENPORT, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
