    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

    + Supervise and mentor billing team members, providing training and performance feedback.

    + Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment issues.

    + Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

    + Collaborate with finance, coding, and clinical teams to maintain revenue cycle integrity.

    + Prepare and analyze billing reports for management review.

    Requirements

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

    + Minimum 3+ years of healthcare billing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

    + Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures, insurance guidelines, and compliance standards (HIPAA).

    + Proficiency in billing software and MS Office Suite.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
