Job Summary

**Summary:** Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for the next guest.

+ Maintains cleanliness of server stations. Wipes down tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary.

+ Helps servers with water service to guarantee guests always have water at their table.

+ Transports all dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room to the bussing station.

+ Performs any general cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.

+ Performs all assigned side work, including polishing plates and restocking the server station.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
