Job Summary:
Supervises all night audit functions and ensures accurate reporting of revenue for the hotel. Ensure the posting room and tax charges to guest accounts and updating the Management System to the following day. Supervises the work of a group of direct reports and 3 night auditors. Able to work during the hours of 11pm- 7am, 5 or 6 days per week, depending on the week’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:
+ You will lead the night audit staff in providing exceptional guest service on the overnight shift.
+ Strong communication skills to communicate daily with management about what happened overnight.
+ Understand all applicable emergency response procedures outlined in the Hotel Operator (PBX) operating manual.
+ Be on hand to provide guest services, check guests in and out, deliver towels, blankets, rollaways, and all other guest requests, and answer any guest inquiries.
+ Thoroughly know and understand the property management system to help night auditors with complicated guest questions.
+ Set goals for the night auditors and ensure they are following the Brand Standards on their interactions.
+ Responsible for performance management and evaluations of night audit staff, as well as disciplinary issues as necessary.
+ Thorough understanding of GTLC’s policies and procedures.
+ Supervise and train all night audit staff.
+ Ensures all room charges are accurately posted.
+ Ensure that travel is coordinated for night auditors who have to go to different properties on various days.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
+ 1 year previous night audit, Front Desk or accounting experience
+ Previous supervisory experience preferred
+ Possession of valid driver’s license, Successful completion of MVR
+ Good working knowledge of computers
+ Good communication skills
+ Visual One Experience or other property management system experience
