Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:

Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation.

+ Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.

+ Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and floor cleaning and polishing.

+ May including training on operating laundry equipment including sorting, weighing, washing, drying, ironing, folding and preparing for pickup of all linens and laundry items.

+ Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.

+ Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

+ Regular & reliable attendance

+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Degree/Licenses:

One to three months related experience or training.

Physical Demands:
