    + Nurse Practitioners – Full-time, days

    + Registered Nurses – Days (Charge Nurse opportunities available)

    Physician- 0.5 FTE = 20 hours

     

    Week #1 = (2) 8-hour shifts

     

    Week #2 = (3) 8-hour shifts

     

    Hours of Work = 0800-1630

     

    Nurse Practitioner 40-hours per week

     

    (5) 8-hour shifts per week

     

    0730 - 1530

     

    Nurse Practitioner -0.85 FTE

     

    (3) 8-hour shifts from 0700-1530

     

    (1) 10-hour shifts from 0700-1730

    RN FT DAY 0630-1900P

    Charge RN FT Day 0630-1900P

    RN PT Day 0.3 FTE- One 12 hour shift weekly. 0630-1900

     

    LPN NOC FT 0.9FTE- 3 shifts weekly

    6. Incentives, bonuses, pay ranges/shift differentials:

    Shift diff:

    7a-3p $0 week, $1 weekend

     

    3p-11p $1 and $2 weekend

     

    11p-7a $5, $6 weekend
