Job Summary and Qualifications

Manage all aspects of the facility scope, quality, schedule and cost of major facility projects, including projects over $2 million, through the stages of conceptual development, facility programming, budgeting, design, construction and occupancy.

Essential Accountabilities:

+ Determine and evaluate facility needs and develop a concept based on those needs.

+ Prepares a budget for the project.

+ Prepares a schedule for the project.

+ Monitors design and construction consultants at all stages of the project to achieve the level of quality and design standards established for Mission Hospitals

+ Completes other duties to support departmental operations as assigned or requested.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction, architecture or related field.

Required Experience: 10 years experience in complex facility design or construction management as contractor, designer or owner’s representative
