    As a **Security Officer - Armed CRE Patrol** in **Philadelphia, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with tenants and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to situations as needed.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both the building and its perimeter.

    + Monitor for and report any suspicious activity to help to deter potential issues within the location.

    + Maintain awareness of surroundings while on patrol to support a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

    + Follow all protocols for armed personnel as required by Allied Universal and the location's specific guidelines.

    + Complete thorough and accurate incident and daily activity reports as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.

    + Be at least 21 years of age.

    + Possess Act 235 qualification if applying in Pennsylvania.

    + Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
