As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Dispatch** in **Newtown Square, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and coordinate communications between staff, visitors, and security-related personnel within the healthcare location.

+ Dispatch security-related personnel to specific areas as needed and/or as directed by site-specific policies.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities in accordance with site requirements.

+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or providing information to authorized individuals.

+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting staff, patients, and visitors with security-related concerns.

+ Support regular and random patrols by relaying information and maintaining communication with patrol personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
