    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Per Diem

     

    We are seeking a licensed Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment services in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

    • Perform dysphagia assessments and recommend safe diets

    • Complete documentation per Medicare and facility standards

    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    • Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)

    • Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred

     

    Schedule: Per Diem / As Needed Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

     

    Rate: $60/hour
