About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the program team as part of the Core Banking Modernization group within Consumer and Business Deposits. We are seeking a talented individual to oversee products and solutions that service the core banking modernization journey. This individual will collaborate with and influence business partners and leaders to drive core banking modernization for the enterprise to completion. These roles are critical in shaping the foundational systems that power how we manage customer information, accounts, transactions, and applications across the bank.

In this role, you will:
+ Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs in support of core banking modernization efforts
+ Define and drive strategy to divest or decommission heritage applications
+ Define and drive stakeholder engagement plan, including identifying key stakeholders and assessing stakeholder impact
+ Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Core Banking Modernization Expertise – Hands-on experience driving modernization initiatives within core banking systems.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong collaboration skills with the proven ability to work closely with agile product development and cross-functional teams.
+ Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and deliver actionable insights.
+ Previous experience within the deposits and payments ecosystem.
+ Influence & Relationship Building – Demonstrated success
+ influencing within a matrixed environment and fostering partnerships across all organizational levels.
+ Communication Excellence – Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
+ Results-Oriented – Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals under pressure.
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of time
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
