As an Architect with expertise in OTMM and related DAM technologies you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust enterprise digital asset management solutions. Your contributions will enhance the company’s digital infrastructure driving efficiency and innovation in asset management processes.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop comprehensive OpenText Media Management (OTMM) solutions that meet business requirements and enhance digital asset management capabilities.
+ Design and setup OTMM and configure all associated components like OTDS QDS DMTS AMD on prem on Cloud or container deployments.
+ Design and implement upgrade strategies from OTMM 16.5 or 21.x to latest 25.4
+ Oversee the integration of OTMM with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
+ Provide technical expertise in OTMM configuration and development to optimize system performance and functionality.
+ Implement security workflows within OTMM to safeguard digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OTMM solutions with organizational goals and strategies.
+ Utilize AssetImport tool to streamline asset ingestion processes and improve data accuracy.
+ Conduct thorough OTMM testing to identify and resolve system issues ensuring reliability and user satisfaction.
+ Leverage Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment enhancing development workflows and reducing time-to-market.
+ Manage version control using GitBucket to maintain code integrity and facilitate collaborative development.
+ Develop applications using Spring Boot and Java to support OTMM functionalities and extend system capabilities.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
+ Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for OTMM solutions..
Qualifications:
• Demonstrate proficiency in OTMM development and integration showcasing a strong understanding of digital asset management principles.
• Exhibit expertise in OTMM security workflows ensuring the protection and integrity of digital assets.
• Possess advanced skills in OTMM configuration enabling customization to meet specific business needs.
• Showcase experience with Jenkins and GitBucket highlighting abilities in continuous integration and version control.
• Demonstrate strong programming skills in Spring Boot and Java supporting application development and system enhancements.
• Display excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing system performance and user satisfaction.
• Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
