    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Senior QA Lead to join the team of one of our largest medical device clients. In this role, the QA Lead is responsible for driving quality excellence across complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, including new product launches, enterprise system implementations, system integrations, and other transformational programs within a regulated medical device environment. This role works closely with Program Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Operations teams to ensure compliance, process adherence, and quality throughout the entire IT delivery lifecycle. It emphasizes process-driven execution, program-level quality oversight, and hands-on test leadership across enterprise and regulated IT systems. The ideal candidate combines strategic quality leadership with practical testing expertise to enable successful delivery of critical IT programs in a highly regulated setting. This is a hybrid role that requires a local candidate willing to work onsite 2-3x a week.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience in IT quality assurance within the medical device or regulated healthcare industry.

    • 7+ years of QA experience.

    • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise IT programs, system implementations, integrations, product launches, or M&A-related IT initiatives.

    • Strong understanding of Agile, or hybrid delivery models.

    • Proven ability to lead QA efforts in matrixed, cross-functional IT environments.

    • Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills. NA
