This is a night shift position with a Mon-Thur 8:00 PM-6:00 AM schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and safe production of materials that make a difference.

Key Duties:

+ Safely handle, transport, and process materials using equipment such as overhead cranes, fork trucks, and other mobile devices.

+ Operate equipment crucial to the production process, supporting various operational areas.

+ Utilize a range of specialized equipment to create high-quality materials.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily housekeeping.

+ Embrace flexibility by undertaking assigned tasks to contribute to the team's success.

Physical Requirements:

+ Capable of walking, climbing, lifting, pushing, and pulling as required.

+ Comfortable working in a challenging industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold conditions.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED.

Preferences:

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to read and understand work instructions.

+ Basic computer proficiency and aptitude for math calculations.

+ Prior experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment is advantageous.

+ Familiarity with metal processing techniques is a plus.

+ Ability to read and understand production travelers, work instructions and operating procedures.
