About This Role
Daisy Brand is seeking a talented Associate Brand Manager to support our Sour Cream, Dips and Cottage Cheese businesses at our Dallas, TX corporate headquarters. This dynamic role focuses on driving marketing initiatives, including influencer partnerships, digital audio campaigns, national television advertising, paid social media strategies, and organic social content creation.
You will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of our brand, our categories and the consumer in order to develop recommendations that are aligned with our brand positioning. This role requires marketing intuition, analytical skills, project management expertise, creative ability, leadership, excellent inter-personal communication, and strategic thinking.
You will manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Operations, IT, Sensory, R&D, Finance, Accounting, and Logistics. Additional project management will revolve around the management of agency relationships, packaging vendors, social and influencer relationships.
The Associate Brand Manager will also contribute to brand planning, budget and media investment planning, strategy development and execution, and business analytics to enhance brand visibility and growth.

What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management required; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or related marketing experience. Food and beverage experience a plus.
+ Sharp Marketing Acumen: Demonstrates strong instincts for creating impactful marketing campaigns based on consumer intuition.
+ Creative Development: experience developing advertising for television, social media,
+ Analytical Thinking: Integrates data with critical thinking and judgment to develop informed points-of-view that drive business decisions and growth.
+ Strategic Vision: Anticipates category, consumer, and market trends to craft strategies that ensure short- and long-term success for Daisy’s Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese brands.
+ Proactive Execution: Consistently delivers marketing programs on time, managing projects with precision and follow-through across brand planning, strategy execution, and analytics.
+ Collaborative Relationship Building: Team player who fosters strong partnerships with internal teams (Operations, R&D, Finance, etc.) and external agencies to produce best-in-class marketing outcomes.
+ Exceptional Communication: Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with peers, cross-functional teams, management, and external vendors to align on goals and deliverables.
+ Detail-Oriented Marketing Expertise: Hands-on marketer with meticulous attention to detail in developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives.
