    Description:

    This opportunity is only available to individuals who have received a formal enrollment offer for Project Renewal’s Care Corps Program for Cohort 4. If you have not received an offer, please do not apply as your application will not be reviewed.

     

    The Care Corps Trainee role is part of a 6-week sector-based training that prepares individuals for careers in the behavioral health field. The program includes classroom instruction, experiential learning through a clinical simulation lab, crisis prevention and other employer-informed training.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Classroom Training: Attend and participate in structured lessons on behavioral health practices, crisis prevention, and psychiatric care basics.

    + Simulation & On-Site Training: Apply knowledge in a simulation lab environment and learn through guidance from experienced professionals.

    + Full Attendance and Participation: Complete required learning, certifications, and assessments to meet all program milestones.

    Qualifications:

    + Enrollment Offer: Only individuals who have been outreached and received an official enrollment offer for Care Corps Cohort 4 are eligible.
