    Are you a proven, results-driven Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Foreman ready to lead high-stakes utility projects across the nation? Do you thrive in a leadership role where safety, precision, and efficiency are paramount?

     
     

    We offer a competitive compensation package of $41.00 – $60.00 per hour, earned and paid weekly, commensurate with experience, plus project specific Per Diem for travel. You will work a standard Monday–Friday schedule (averaging 50–60 hours per week during peak operations), providing you with significant earning potential and the opportunity to grow your career into a seasoned industry professional.

    Qualifications & Experience

    We are seeking a proactive HDD Foreman who meets the following:

    + Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HDD Foreman required.

    + Must possess a valid driver's license.

    + Must be prepared to travel extensively for extended periods.

    + Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.

    + Self-driven, organized, safety-conscious, thorough, and possessing a strong work ethic.
