Job Title: Customer Service Representative** **Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and returns. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.

+ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges in the warehouse management system (WMS).

+ Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to shipping, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.

+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

+ Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.

+ Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

+ Generate reports and provide updates to customers and internal teams as needed.

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

+ 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

+ Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Independence, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.40 - $26.90/hr.
