    Position Description

    Role Summary

    We are looking for a mid-level techno-functional analyst with a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience in finance systems and IT solutions. This role bridges Finance and Technology, ensuring applications support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations through ERP systems.

    + Assist in chart of accounts maintenance, posting logic, and financial controls.

    + Gather requirements from Finance teams for enhancements and new features.

    + Prepare and execute UAT, create training materials, and support end-user adoption.

    + Configure and maintain Financial Systems

    + Collaborate on data integrations, master data management, and security roles.

    + Develop and maintain financial reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS).

    + Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.

    + Act as liaison between Finance and IT teams.

    + Document processes, SOPs, and maintain system knowledge base.

    + Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Position Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems.

    + 3–5 years experience in a techno-functional role supporting Finance systems.

    + Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.

    + Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform and BI tools.

    + Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

    + Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath).

    + Familiarity with SOX compliance and segregation of duties.

    + Experience with Project methodology and writing user stories.

    + Strong communication and stakeholder management.

    + Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

    + Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Skills

    + Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath).

    + Familiarity with SOX compliance and segregation of duties.

    + Experience with Project methodology and writing user stories.
