    This role is ideal for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys digging into manufacturing data, understanding operations, and providing insights that directly impact business performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Partnering with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to manufacturing operations

    + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities

    + Maintain standard cost models and analyze material, labor, and overhead variances

    + Prepare and analyze Cost of Goods Sold reports

    + Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast

    + Reconcile raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods inventories

    + Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts

    + Generate and present plant-level financial statements and variance analyses

    + Partner with operations to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field

    + Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

    + Advanced Excel skills and experience using a large ERP system

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    + Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and deadline management abilities
