    Description

    Our healthcare team in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Medical Front Office Clerk who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical office setting and be committed to delivering excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist patients in person and via phone, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

    + Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently

    + Verify insurance, process patient registrations, and handle billing inquiries

    + Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the EMR system

    + Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support daily operations

    + Address patient questions or concerns in both Spanish and English

    + Handle confidential information appropriately and comply with HIPAA regulations

    Requirements

    + Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a medical front office or similar clerical healthcare role

    + Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

    + Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

    + Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification

    + Proficiency in common office software and EMR systems

    + Professional, compassionate, and reliable demeanor
