Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of expertise in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Utilize QuickBooks software to accurately record and reconcile financial transactions.

• Prepare and file tax forms in compliance with regulations and deadlines.

• Execute bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in account balances.

• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and precise reporting.

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

• Provide support for financial audits and reviews as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping roles.

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.

• Familiarity with preparing and filing tax forms.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail in all financial tasks.
