• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Prepare and manage documentation related to shipments and deliveries.

• Schedule and organize activities to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members to support office functions and ensure operational consistency.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions as needed.
