Description

A healthcare services organization in San Marcos is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to support patient communications and appointment coordination. This role requires a calm, professional demeanor and a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping them navigate services while ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer a high volume of inbound calls from patients and caregivers

+ Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments accurately

+ Provide clear and empathetic communication regarding services and procedures

+ Enter and update patient information in electronic systems

+ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries

+ Follow HIPAA and organizational compliance standards

+ Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately

Requirements

+ 1–3 years of call center or healthcare customer service experience

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ High attention to detail and data accuracy

+ Ability to manage sensitive information professionally

+ Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment

+ Basic proficiency with scheduling systems and office software
