Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our location in Fairfax, Virginia. This role will be based in dealership working on-site from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. The position offers a contract employment opportunity and involves a variety of tasks centered around customer service, collections, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

• Process customer applications with precision.

• Update and maintain accurate customer records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.

• Follow up with customers regarding past due payments through phone calls and emails.

• Handling mailings.

• Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts.

• Handle multiple phone calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Utilize Office suite effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience office experience.

• Prior experience handling phone calls, data entry, and account management.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be tech savvy.

• Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with grace and professionalism.

• Handling mailings.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

• Detail oriented.
