Your Role: Automotive Sales Representative
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—guiding customers through a transparent, professional vehicle-buying experience. Your focus is not just selling vehicles but creating long-term relationships and earning customers for life.
Key Responsibilities
+ Consult with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and vehicle goals
+ Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance solutions, and dealership services clearly and professionally
+ Deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
+ Maintain consistent follow-up with past and prospective customers
+ Track customer interactions using dealership CRM systems
+ Stay current on new products, features, and industry trends through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
+ Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
+ Solid organizational and time-management abilities
+ Self-motivated individuals comfortable working toward performance goals
+ Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience
+ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
