Position Summary

The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant new hire experience. This entry-level, in-office position exists to make sure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately, received on time, and properly uploaded. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and clear communication with new hires and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

+ Communicate with new hires to ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and on time

+ Collect, verify, and upload all required new hire documents

+ Verify I-9 documentation in compliance with HR and federal requirements

+ Create and manage new hire accounts across required systems

+ Track onboarding progress and follow up on missing or incomplete items

+ Maintain organized and accurate digital employee records

+ Partner with the onboarding and training team to ensure new hires are fully set up prior to their start date

Required Qualifications

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to stay focused, organized, and on task in a fast-paced environment

+ Clear, professional, and timely communication skills

+ Understanding of or ability to learn I-9 compliance requirements

+ Dependable and able to manage multiple onboarding timelines at once

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous experience in onboarding, HR support, or customer service

+ Familiarity with document management or HR systems

Schedule & Location

+ In-office position

+ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation

+ Hourly pay range: $17–$20 per hour
