Manager of Client Service

Pay Range: $74,726.00 - $114,583.00
Manage delivery of exemplary client service by overseeing all personnel and processes related to personnel servicing the clients assigned to the Client Service Specialist (CSS) team. Provide appropriate training, tools, direction and motivation that ensure the Client Service team success while promoting enhanced productivity and efficiencies.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
+ ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation
Skills and Abilities:
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from clients, company management and colleagues. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legislative changes, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to create reports, professional business correspondence and procedures.
+ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or written form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
+ Must have knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications. Position requires domestic travel for client meetings, conferences and trade shows.

Tasks Performed:
+ 50% Lead, manage and mentor successful teams whose members learn and grow from experience. Supervise, develop and provide workload balancing support to assigned team.
+ 40% Provides oversight on daily activity related to client service team by supporting the needs of CSS and Relationship Management teams. Participate as needed scheduled client calls to provide support for specific situations. Act as an escalation point for internal and external partners.
+ 5% Maintain strong working knowledge of industry trends and EPIC products and services. Provide internal and external project management support.
+ 5% Perform other duties as assigned.
