    Overview:

    Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS), a nonprofit founded in 1943, has grown to be the largest provider of licensed outpatient community mental health services and one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County. We provide state-of-the-art programs and services and compassionate care to more than 20,000 people of all ages and backgrounds each year.

     

    We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Yonkers. This full-time role involves supervising approximately 5 Clinicians, including those working towards licensure, while also maintaining a caseload serving clients with Medicare and other insurances. The salary range for this full-time position is $84,000 - $89,000.

    Responsibilities:

    As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    + Providing 1 hour per week of formal clinical supervision for each supervisee, and completing required paperwork for LMSW or LCSW licensure applications.

    + Delivering clinical services to approximately 25-30 clients.

    + Completing all clinical documentation in accordance with WJCS guidelines.

    + Collaborating closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Clinic Director to support staff in meeting WJCS performance requirements.

    + Conducting in-service trainings upon request.

    + Participating in DBT consultation team meetings.

    + Providing supervisory coverage for the clinic, as needed.

    + Assisting with crisis intervention services, as needed.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

    + Valid NYS LCSW

    + At least two years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor

    + DBT training preferred

    + Strong clinical judgement, supervisory skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
