The franchised Ramada by Wyndham location in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Hotel Revenue Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Ramada Plaza Resort & Suites International Drive Orlando.
The Role
Hotel Revenue Manager's role is to maximize hotel profitability by strategically setting room prices, managing inventory, and optimizing distribution channels, using data analysis, forecasting, and competitor research to decide the right price, for the right customer, at the right time, across platforms like OTAs and direct bookings, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies and hit financial targets.
What you'll do
+ Pricing Strategy: Implement dynamic pricing, manage rates and restrictions, and develop promotional offers.
+ Forecasting & Analysis: Analyze market trends, demand, competitor pricing, and booking pace to predict future needs.
+ Distribution Management: Oversee online travel agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, and direct channels, ensuring rate parity and profitability.
+ Inventory Control: Manage room availability and allocation across different segments (transient, group).
+ Reporting & Budgeting: Create revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership.
+ Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
You'll be successful if you have
+ Has the ability to work under pressure with great problem solving skills.
+ Can articulate orally or writing.
+ Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytical skills to interpret data and make informed strategic choices.
+ Market Awareness: Stay updated on market shifts, competitor actions, and external demand drivers (events, holidays).
+ Yield Management: Maximize revenue through intelligent management of inventory and pricing.
+ Profit Optimization: Focus on the bottom line by balancing occupancy with average daily rate (ADR).
Required Qualifications/Experience
+ 5 years of Experience as Revenue Manager in Upper Midscale Hotel.
+ Very Strong Spreadsheet skills.
+ Required Valid U.S. work authorization permit.
