+ Salary: $91,584-114,480 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
+ Support the Manager in hiring and supervising the team through coaching, performance management, and ongoing feedback
+ Assist with generating and analyzing pricing and contracts reports as necessary for business partners to support decision-making
+ Review and approve contractual payments
+ Establish the financial impact on new customer contracts with key stakeholders
+ Manage pricing adjustment reporting with root cause analysis and financial impacts summary
+ Identify and resolve pricing issues in a timely manner including Pricing discrepancies with the Disputes & Deductions team
+ Seek solutions to customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
