Position Responsibilities:

+ Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external customers.

+ Identifying key business opportunities through collaborative business planning.

+ Identifying relevant insights, leveraging industry knowledge to advance the beverage category/space strategy and solutions.

+ Partners with key internal customers and retailers to build an effective space and assortment strategy.

+ Viewed by retailers as a subject matter expert in space & assortment.

+ Leverage retailer relationship to gain fair share or more space.

+ Focused mainly on managing reset scheduling and space lab team

+ Travel up to 20% of the time, but majority of time spent in office

+ Located in the Sacramento or Huntington Beach

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree and 7 plus years of related experience with 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 10 plus years of specific experience with 5 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Master’s Degree
