Hiring Salary Range: $114,900 - $172,400

The impact you will make in this role:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** **:
1. Oversee work process, procedure updates, and the scheduling of activities to support the safe, reliable, and compliant operations of the JPM station.
2. Develop and implement strategies, plans and projects resulting in a continuous improvement process for higher levels of safety, availability and reliability. Ensure station performance by setting and communicating expectations consistent with station annual goals.
3. Lead in the development of processes aligned with industry best practices.
4. Assist in the preparation of site annual budgets, annual work plans, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and station goals that align with top quartile performance values.
5. Provide educational and training opportunities for direct reports to assist with their knowledge, skills and proficiency based on a keen understanding of their positions and responsibilities.
6. Provide leadership and oversite for execution of a comprehensive safety program to achieve safety performance levels at or above performance targets.
7. Facilitate the full utilization of established work processes to ensure all necessary information for the efficient, effective, reliable operation of the station is accurate, timely and transparent.
8. Prepare and report, as requested, on all aspects of safety, station equipment, personnel and budgetary compliance.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, permits and regulations governing JPM.
10. Provide daily oversight with direct report staff. Ensure site standards, expectations, and accountability are demonstrated through a high level of performance regarding safety, work production and employee behavior.
11. Administer timely corrective or disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and labor agreement, for department personnel whose performance does not meet expectations.
12 Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **:
**Education & Experience** : Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or production environments. 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required, ideally in a unionized environment
Skills:
+ Knowledge of operations or maintenance of site generating facilities
+ Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
+ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, D365/Solver)
+ Labor relations knowledge
+ Strong demonstrated Leadership skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand/sit; walk; use hands/fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to wear hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection and breathing apparatus (35 lbs). **Other Job Characteristics** : On call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
