We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator and Assistants to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Machine Operator will ensure that production runs smoothly and meets quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities and expectations for success:
* Must be able to work any shift in a 3-shift operation, as well as overtime both daily and Saturdays as needed.
* Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal history background check and pre-employment drug screen.
* Operate and / or assist in the monitoring and setting up of machinery, including rotary die cutters, flexo-folder gluers, corrugator, conveyor systems, to produce high-quality products.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
* Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to verify product specifications and tolerances.
* Handle materials effectively, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for shipment.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
* Document production data accurately for quality control purposes.
* Dependable prior work experience.
Skills
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work in non-climate-controlled environment.
* Able to stand, push, pull, crouch, bend, repetitive motion.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining processes.
* Forklift experience would be a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
