What You’ll Do
+ Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy, professionalism, and care
+ Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
+ Follow all infection control, safety, and quality standards
+ Provide a calm, respectful experience for people of all backgrounds and abilities
+ Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements
Who You Are
+ Certified Phlebotomist, NYS (required)
+ Comfortable working independently in a long term care setting
+ Detail-oriented, dependable, and person-focused
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Prior clinical or healthcare experience preferred
