Part-Time Adjunct Nursing Instructors (BSN or MSN)

Lincoln Tech is actively seeking passionate BSN or MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join our Practical Nursing Program as a Part-Time Adjunct Classroom Instructor. No teaching experience is required. We will provide you with training and support to help you succeed in the classroom setting.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide high quality instruction to students in assigned courses with emphasis on active teaching strategies to engage students

+ Guide nursing students in applying theoretical concepts to practical situations in the classroom or laboratory

+ Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing curriculum

+ Assess student progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide feedback

+ Work with course faculty and program directors to support student progression

+ Operate within the rules and regulations set by state and federal regulatory and accrediting bodies

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

+ Active RN license in Connecticut

+ Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience

+ Strong background in medical-surgical nursing

+ Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses
