IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENATIVE OPENING: $17/HR

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY, LONG TERM POSITION

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME

$17/HR

Qualifications:

+ 2 years of call center experience

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities:

+ Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.

+ Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call.

+ Accurately document information within multiple database systems.

+ Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance.

+ Act as a back-up to Outbound Contact Center Team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales and with the assistance of progressive calling.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
