Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact and represents the company’s image to clients and members. This role involves managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer support. CSRs assist callers with applying for ADA Core Services programs and other disability-based services while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer system, managing approximately 80 calls per day.
+ Assist customers with eligibility verification and application processes for ADA Core Services and related programs.
+ Enter and update customer information accurately in designated software systems.
+ Schedule transportation and paratransit services in the most cost-effective manner while meeting contract service levels.
+ Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, documenting all interactions and complaints.
+ Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
+ Perform general clerical duties, including processing picture IDs, managing office supplies, and maintaining vendor files.
+ Provide comprehensive reception coverage and administrative support, including document scanning and filing system maintenance.
+ Track and maintain payments for replacement IDs and assist with special projects as needed.
+ Monitor office equipment and coordinate with vendors for service and repairs.
Requirements:
+ Minimum 1 year of call center experience (all industries welcome).
+ Preferred: Experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80/day).
+ Ability to work with an automatic dialer system (back-to-back calls).
+ Dedicated workspace and reliable internet (minimum 30 Mbps; no hotspots).
+ Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
