We’re excited to announce an Entry-Level Mortgage Servicing Customer Service opportunity starting January 28th!

Pay

+ $17/hr – English

+ $18.50/hr – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Training & Schedule

+ First 30 days: 100% on-site training

+ Training hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

+ After training: Hybrid schedule

+ Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

+ Hybrid eligibility is based on attendance, quality, and adherence

Important: No time off permitted during the first 6 weeks.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Handle 35–45 inbound calls per day (avg. 11–14 minutes per call)

+ Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions

+ Answer questions related to homeowners insurance, payments, and coverage

+ Accurately document calls while navigating multiple systems

+ Provide professional, timely, and effective resolutions on every call

• Required Qualifications

+ At least 1 year of recent customer service experience

+ (Call center preferred; admin/front desk considered — not retail or food service only)

+ Comfortable using a Windows PC

+ Typing speed: 35 WPM or higher

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Active internet connection (required for remote work)

+ Reliable transportation

• Nice to Have

+ 2+ years of call center experience

+ Mortgage or insurance experience

Pre-Employment Testing

+ Basic Computer Literacy Test (70% to pass)

+ 1-Minute Typing Test (35 WPM to pass)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
