    Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This role involves providing exceptional end-user support, managing device deployments, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while supporting enterprise-level systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.

    + Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion with minimal supervision.

    + Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, including assigning SSO groups and Intune app deployment groups.

    + Provide support for Office 365 applications and services, including troubleshooting and configuration.

    + Administer and support Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) for device compliance and application deployment.

    + Document all work and resolutions in a ticketing system (SysAid experience preferred, but any ticketing tool is acceptable).

    + Support Windows Autopilot deployments for new devices, ensuring proper imaging and configuration.

    + Provide Citrix support for virtual desktop environments, including troubleshooting connectivity and application issues.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with end users.

    + Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune MDM, and Autopilot deployments.

    + Familiarity with Citrix environments and remote support tools.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    + Experience documenting work in ticketing systems such as SysAid, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

    This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
