Salary Range $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/year

Description

+ Achieve or exceed annual sales budget targets for designated supplier partners through effective planning and execution.

+ Lead the strategy and execution of new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and sustained growth.

+ Organize and facilitate annual business planning meetings to define market strategies, set performance goals, and align cross-functional teams.

+ Monitor progress toward business planning goals throughout the year, ensuring objectives are met or surpassed.

+ Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with overall strategic and financial objectives.

+ Conduct independent sales calls to secure new distribution opportunities and monitor key account programming for effectiveness and compliance.

+ Support the training and development of both sales and management team members, fostering growth in product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and leadership capabilities

Qualifications

+ Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Advanced knowledge beverage industry.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

+ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on business demands.

+ Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, events, and market visits.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage industry, with a strong understanding of sales and distribution.

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered for highly qualified candidates.
