Hours: 48 hours/week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hours/day, 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
The start and end of the workday depend on crop and weather conditions, which means work may begin or end earlier or later than usual. Evening and/or night hours may be required. Possible weekend/holiday work.
Work will be performed at the following locations:
- 14453 Llama Street, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303
- 10251 US Hwy 10 NW, Elk River, Minnesota 55330

Duties may include planting, spraying, weeding, fertilizing, watering, and pruning plants, shrubs, and trees using hand tools and gardening equipment. Workers will harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. Workers may move containerized shrubs, plants, and trees using wheelbarrows, carts, or tractors. Additional duties include cleaning work areas, maintaining grounds and landscaped areas, and performing other related farm labor activities consistent with SOC/OES 45-2092.
All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment.

### Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
### Minimum Experience Required
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Minimum of two (2) months of relevant work experience required.
Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. driver’s license within two (2) weeks of reporting to work and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the operation of employer vehicles.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, unload, and carry objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
Must be able to perform work requiring exposure to extreme temperatures; extensive pushing or pulling; prolonged sitting, standing, or walking; frequent stooping or bending; and repetitive movements.

### Additional Compensation
Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
