Hours: 48 hours per week Monday - Saturday 8:00A.M - 5:00P.M

Pump nutrients from our storage tanks into the nurse tanks, calculate blends, batch the blends,
then pump the blends into storage tanks on vehicles. Operate field ag equipment on a farm for
a farmer such as self-propelled sprayers or spreaders to apply liquid or dry nutrients. Workers
will also prepare and load ag lime into applicable agricultural equipment to apply product.
Workers will also clean and maintain equipment as necessary for future use. Perform grain
operations duties including: receiving grain, accurately weighing & grading and placing in
proper bins.
Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will
be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required.
Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of
performing physically demanding tasks.
Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules.
Workers may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing at no cost to the employee, with failure to
comply or a positive test result leading to termination. The employer requires a drug test to be conducted post hire at the employer’s expense due to the liability of operating equipment.
### Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
### Minimum Experience Required
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health
and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
