Key Accountabilities:
+ Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR (i.e., Workday, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, learning, general HR policy, etc.).
+ Administers HR processes in accordance with Workday business processes (Charitable Donations, Employment Verifications, Unemployment Claims, Reward & Recognition, Tuition Reimbursement, Allowances, etc.)
+ Sets up and maintains employee files and ensures timely auditing for compliance and record retention requirements.
+ Support weekly onboarding process of new hires in the organization.
+ Provide administrative support to the department as required including expense administration, meeting coordination, travel support, etc.
+ Research and resolve Tier 1 inquiries using documentation, policies, practices, and HR systems while driving self-service and user adoption.
+ Use HR Help Desk software to document and track employee contact and problem resolution.
+ Work with both internal and external contacts to assist in process completion or escalation; Partner with subject matter experts and other HRIS/IT specialists to respond to and resolve participant inquiries.
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Training, and Compensation to provide ongoing and project support. Responsibilities may include managing the process for background checks, drug tests, I-9, leading orientation, administering benefits, etc.
+ Work with other team members to share knowledge on topics to ensure cross-training and scalability for all process work
+ Provide recommendations to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
+ May support reporting, monitor dashboards/tasks, testing, or special projects as needed
Required Minimum Qualifications:
+ A minimum of one year of HR experience with knowledge in one or more of these areas: general HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, or Employee Relations
+ Knowledge of HRIS software such as Workday, SAP, Kronos including integrations of HR data between multiple systems (HR, Payroll, 3rd Party Vendors, etc.)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Customer oriented

+ Quality driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills
+ Collaborative and consensus building skills
+ Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
+ Accuracy / high attention to detail
+ Work well on own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and motivated
+ Ability to work with confidential information
+ User knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
+ Ability to flex schedule as business conditions require coverage (i.e. temporary coverage to additional time zones for coverage during peak times).
**Education:** Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
