Job Title - Stibo Tech Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 18 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript Data Management Functional MDM Architecture and Stibo. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust architectural solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance our data management capabilities.
Responsibilities
+ Design develop configure and maintain STIBO STEP modules for Product Customer and Location Master Data Management.
+ Implement and manage complex data models attribute groups hierarchies relationships and classifications within the STEP platform.
+ Develop and enforce data governance frameworks validation rules and match & merge logic within STIBO STEP.
+ Configure business rules workflow orchestration portal customization context views user roles and publication setups.
+ Integrate STIBO STEP with external systems and applications using REST APIs SOAP and other data exchange mechanisms.
+ Administer STIBO STEP environments and support SaaS-based deployments upgrades patching and version control.
+ Oversee digital asset management asset push configurations and external media publishing strategies.
+ Analyze and support data quality cleansing and enrichment processes across the MDM landscape.
+ Drive data migration efforts from legacy systems into the STIBO platform using ETL best practices.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and data governance teams to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
+ Provide technical documentation deployment plans and knowledge transfer to junior developers or support teams.
Certifications Required
Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP) or equivalent certification in data management.
Exempt Roles (up to AD Level)
Note: Compensation range should extend from the minimum to P75, consistent with the job family and level.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Jan 15th 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $130K-170K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
