Job Title: Machine Operator

Type: Contract

Compensation: $27.78 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 6a-2p, M-F - Potential for Overtime after Shift

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment across multiple workstations

+ Perform routine quality and production reporting accurately

+ Make minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors

+ Load raw materials and assist with batch processing

+ Collect quality control samples and maintain QA parameters

+ Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area

+ Support team members and assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

+ Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Comfortable wearing a respirator up to 50% of the shift

+ Ability to work in a cold, enclosed warehouse environment

+ Steel-toe safety shoes required (employee provided)

+ Positive attitude with the ability to rotate duties and work as part of a team
