• Accounting Supervisor

    System One (Houston, TX)


    System One is assisting a Houston energy client with a search for an Accounting Supervisor. Will be working with a great team who excel in their areas of expertise.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals

    + Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls

    + Oversee accurate recording and integrity of financial transactions

    + Collaborate on financial analysis, reporting, and policy development

    + Lead complex accounting projects and communicate findings to senior leadership

    + Maintain workforce planning and career development for team members

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

    + Experience: Minimum 6 years of diverse accounting experience

    + CPA certification preferred

    + Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP compliance

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills

    + Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

    + Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

     

    Salary: $90K - $120K
